Dr. Levine is a Board Qualified, surgically trained Foot & Ankle Surgeon. He treats all surgical and nonsurgical pathology in the foot and ankle. His training focused extensively on trauma, reconstructive surgery, sports medicine and limb salvage.

Dr. Levine was born in Los Angeles, California. He lived with his family in Glendale, California until the age of five; his family then relocated to Portland, Oregon where he spent the remainder of his adolescence. He graduated as Valedictorian of West Linn High School and was part of the Nike Legends Elite Youth basketball team comprised of the top 10 players in Oregon.  During the course of his high school career, he worked multiple part-time jobs including coaching and officiating youth sports.

He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Physiology with a  minor in Biochemistry. During his collegiate years, he volunteered as a Hospice caregiver; it was there that his passion and drive for medicine began to unfold. Dr. Levine's empathy for the patients and families he worked with motivated him to dedicate his life to healthcare and helping others. 


  While exploring various healthcare career options, Dr. Levine had an innate fascination for sports medicine and orthopedics, given his athletic background. Adding to the fact that his own mother was plagued with podiatric ailments and had several foot surgeries that significantly improved her quality of life, Dr. Levine decided to further pursue a career in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery.

 He then pursued his medical degree at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon completion of his medical school training, he completed his post graduate residency training at the Kaiser Permanente Healthcare System in Santa Clara in affiliation with Stanford Healthcare, one of the most competitive three-year surgical residency training programs in the country. During his training, he spent countless hours training alongside Stanford-trained Orthopedic, Plastic, and Vascular surgeons with specialized emphasis on reconstruction, trauma, Diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, ankle arthroscopy, and joint replacements.

Post residency, Dr. Levine began practicing in Burbank, California.He treats a host of foot and ankle pathologies and injuries, and is on staff at Providence St. Joseph's Hospital. He also performs surgeries at Speciality Surgery Center and Radiance Surgery Center in Encino, CA 

In his free time, Dr. Levine enjoys playing basketball, tennis, golf, and soccer; he also enjoys working out, and relaxing with his wife, whom he met in Philadelphia at Temple University.
